Christmas Gifts for Staff: Personalised Keyrings for Your Office Team
Share
Buying Christmas gifts for a whole office is harder than it sounds. Chocolates are forgotten by January, and vouchers feel impersonal. A keyring engraved with each person’s name is small and affordable, and it gets used every single day.
At AuPra we make handmade leather keychains and engrave every metal tag ourselves, so each one in your order can carry a different name. Whether you run a small business or manage a large department, here is how they work as staff gifts.
Why a Keyring Works as an Employee Gift
- It is personal. Each colleague gets their own name, not the same item as everyone else.
- It suits everyone. No sizes, no dietary needs, no guessing what people like.
- It works for office Secret Santa. A keyring on its own fits a £10 limit, and engraving is there if the budget stretches.
- It arrives gift-ready. A gift pouch is included, and you can upgrade to a gift box with ribbon.
What to Engrave
Each tag takes up to 16 characters per line and 2 lines per side, and we can engrave both sides. A popular choice is the company or team on one side and the person’s name on the other. Some ideas:
- Name on one side, “Merry Christmas” and the year on the other
- Company name and the year
- “Thank You” with the team name
- “10 Years Together” for a long-service gift
- “Best Team 2026” for the whole department
Designs That Suit Any Office
You can give everyone the same design or mix them in one order, so each person gets something that suits them.
- 3D Monkey Keyring – our best-loved design, and a safe choice that makes people smile.
- 4 Leaf Clover Keyring – a little good luck for the year ahead.
- 3D Radio Robot Keyring – a fun one for the IT desk.
- Amber Owl Keyring – a wise owl with genuine Baltic amber, for a manager or mentor.
- Star Sign Keyrings – one for each colleague’s birthday month.

An Impressive Gift on a Small Budget
Staff gifts add up quickly once you multiply by headcount. An engraved keychain costs around £12 per person, with better prices on larger orders.
That is the appeal: it costs about the same as a box of chocolates, but it has their name on it, and they will still be carrying it next Christmas.
How Ordering Works
- Tell us which designs you like and roughly how many you need.
- Send us the list of names or the text for each tag.
- We send you a personal quote, with better prices on larger orders.
- We engrave, pack and dispatch your order, usually within 2–5 working days.
There is no minimum order. Whether you need five or fifty, tell us what you have in mind. We can issue an invoice for businesses, offices, clubs and schools.
Order early, because every tag is engraved to order. Request a quote on our Corporate Gifts page.
