Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with AuPra! Every keyring is handmade and carefully packed in a gift pouch.

• Dispatch: All orders, including engraved keyrings, are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• UK delivery: Free, usually 1–2 working days after dispatch.
• Worldwide delivery: Usually 5–7 working days after dispatch. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Customs fees, taxes or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
• Carriers: Royal Mail, EVRI, DHL, DPD or UPS.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
• Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather or carrier issues.
• Lost or damaged packages: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if your package is lost or damaged.
