Engraved AuPra baseball cap keyring with a Season MVP tag at a baseball team celebration

Baseball Team Gifts and Awards: Engraved Baseball Cap Keyrings for Clubs and Events

The season ends, the trophies go on a shelf, and by spring nobody remembers who won what. A baseball cap keyring goes on a player’s keys and stays there until the first pitch of next season.

At AuPra we make a handmade baseball cap keyring with a bronze-style cap charm on a genuine leather strap, and we engrave the metal tag ourselves. UK baseball clubs already order them for their awards, with engravings such as “Baseball MVP 2026”.

A Trophy Every Player Takes Home

At most awards nights, three players walk up for a trophy. MVP, Best Pitcher, maybe Rookie of the Year. The rest of the team claps, finishes their drink and goes home with nothing, even though they turned up to every practice and every game.

A baseball cap keychain changes that. Every player on the roster gets one, engraved with their own name and number. The award winners still get their moment, with their title on the tag: MVP, Golden Glove, Top Slugger, Best Pitcher.

It matters most in the year you win something. A league title or a cup is a season the whole team will talk about for years, and it belongs to everyone, not only the three names on the trophies. Engrave “Champions” and the year, hand one to every player and coach, and that season goes on their keys instead of on a shelf.

Junior players love them most. A keyring gets clipped to a kit bag or school bag, and it gets shown to friends: this is my team, this is the season we won.

For Teams, Clubs and Events

  • End-of-season awards nights. MVP, best batter, best pitcher, most improved and coach’s player.
  • Tournaments and events. A keepsake for every player, engraved with the tournament and the year.
  • Home run derbies. A prize for the winner and a keepsake for everyone who stepped up to the plate.
  • League champions. One for each member of the winning squad.
  • Junior and youth teams. A first-season memento with each child’s name.
  • Softball teams and mixed leagues. The cap suits both games.
  • Coaches, umpires and volunteers. A thank-you from the club to the people who make the season happen.

What to Engrave

Each tag takes up to 16 characters per line and 2 lines per side, and we can engrave both sides. Some ideas:

  • “MVP 2026”
  • “Golden Glove 2026”
  • “Top Slugger 2026”
  • “Rookie of the Year 2026”
  • “League Champions 2026”
  • “Home Run Derby Champion 2026”
  • The team name, with the player’s name on the back
  • The tournament name and date
  • “Thank You Coach”
  • A name and shirt number

Also a Gift for One Fan

You do not need a whole team to order one. It makes a simple gift for a baseball fan, a player’s birthday or a dad who coaches at the weekend.

An Award That Fits a Club Budget

Clubs run on subs and fundraising, and awards for a full roster add up fast. An engraved baseball cap keychain costs around £12, so every player gets something with their own name on it, with better prices on larger orders.
